Holly founded Montcalm in 2012 to provide wealth management services based on intelligent investing, empowerment, and integrity.
After beginning her investment career in fixed income derivatives sales at Goldman Sachs, she proceeded to manage assets, lead private client teams, and trade at Morgan Stanley, Montgomery Securities, and Bank of America.
Her intelligent, values-driven approach to business and finance earned her recognition as a World Changing Woman in Conscious Business by Conscious Company Media in 2022.
Holly has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. She lives in San Francisco with her family and enjoys live music, hiking, movies, and spending time in Tahoe.

Raised in California’s agricultural heartland and a proud son of family farmers, José brings decades of cross-sector leadership to his current role as Chief Agriculture Innovation Officer with the Office of Kat Taylor. His work is rooted in a deep belief in community-led systems change, supporting grassroots investment platforms that build economic resilience in the Central Valley and beyond. Through his work, leading the Agricultural Platform Collective - a flagship initiative of the Office of Kat Taylor - he is helping to transform the agricultural sector by bolstering the economic viability, sustainability, and resilience of under-represented farmers, ranchers, and rural communities at-large.

Amira Diamond is the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of Women’s Earth Alliance (WEA), where she leads global initiatives that equip grassroots women leaders with the tools, networks, and resources to scale community-driven climate solutions. With over three decades of experience advancing climate resilience, gender equity, and economic justice, Amira’s career includes directing philanthropic strategy, cultivating cross-sector partnerships, and movement organizing. She is a dynamic speaker and coach known for integrating music, storytelling, and cultural tradition into her work, including as founder of the Social Prophet Choir.
Her leadership at WEA has contributed to reaching more than 24 million people and protecting vital ecosystems in some of the world’s most climate-impacted regions across 31 countries. Amira is a co-recipient of the 29th Heinz Award for the Environment.

Jed Emerson has worked in the arena of purpose driven capital for over 30 years. He has co-authored eight books on impact investing and social entrepreneurship.
Jed is the founder of Blended Value Group, a consulting and advisory firm working with investment firms, funds, family offices and foundations to advance more effective wealth management and impact investing strategy and practice. He currently serves in leadership roles at AlTi Tiedemann Global, Happiness Capital/Hong Kong, Katapult Foundation/Oslo. He is a Senior Fellow at both Impact Assets and the Blended Finance Initiative at the University of Zurich and is a Senior Research Fellow at University of Heidelberg’s Center on Social Investing in Germany. Jed has taught at the Harvard, Stanford, Kellogg, and Oxford business schools as well as NYU-Abu Dhabi.
Emerson’s last book, The Purpose of Capital: Elements of Impact, Financial Flows, and Natural Being, explores how we may bridge the divide between how we think about doing well and doing good in order to optimize the total, integrative impact of our lives and wealth, creating an inter-generational, living legacy that reflects our values and aligns our wealth with our ultimate life goals.

Rick Farman co-founded Superfly in 1996, becoming one of the creators behind iconic experiential properties like Bonnaroo, Outside Lands and The Friends Experience in addition to other various landmark experiences for clients including Intel, Citi, Bravo, Google, Nike, Apple and more. He plays a leading role in business development, identifying key opportunities to grow and expand Superfly's capabilities through strategic partnerships and investments. Rick also invests opportunistically in businesses that are similarly evolving culture - many of which align with his personal interests towards wellness, technology and entertainment.

Janine Firpo is an accomplished speaker, author, and social entrepreneur, with a long history of working at the intersection of women and their money. From the early years of Apple Computer to senior positions with Hewlett-Packard, the World Bank, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Janine has always found herself making an impact.
In 2017 she left a successful 35+ year career in technology and international development to focus on how women can create a more just and equitable society through their financial investments. Her book, Activate Your Money: Invest to Grow Your Wealth and Build a Better World, was published by Wiley in May 2021. Later that year, she co-founded Invest for Better, a nonprofit that is catalyzing a movement in which millions of women are educated, enabled, and empowered to activate the power of their money for themselves and for the world.
Janine walks her talk. She is taking action to move all her own assets into investments she feels good about and is watching them grow with market-rate returns. She is also a lead investor in Next Wave Impact, a venture fund designed to help more women become angel investors. In 2024, Forbes named Janine one of “50 Over 50” female leaders who continue to make impact later in life.

Elizabeth Funk is the Founder and CEO of DignityMoves, an innovative nonprofit dedicated to ending unsheltered homelessness using private-sector practical approaches. She has been a tireless advocate for the impact investing movement, serving as a fund manager for several impact funds, a mentor to social entrepreneurs, and an angel investor. Most recently she served as the Senior GP at Dev Equity, an impact fund investing focused on economic development, low-income housing and sustainable agriculture in Latin America.
Elizabeth started her career as a founding member of both the Microsoft Office and Yahoo product teams. She later served as President and CEO of CML Global Capital, a global public company with operations in Belize, Hong Kong, Canada and the US. She chairs the YPO San Francisco Gold chapter and the YPO Impact Investing Initiative as well as Peak Power, a climate technology company at the forefront of the energy transition. She is a member of Toniic (an impact investors network) Battery Powered, Campden Wealth’s Institute for Private Investors, among many other prominent impact-focused organizations.
Elizabeth holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar. She is a proud single mother of two children and lives in San Francisco.

Dr. Isabela Granic is a researcher, teacher, writer, and designer working across sectors to help build developmental spaces and collective experiences that promote flourishing. Dr. Granic got her PhD at the University of Toronto in developmental psychology. She is currently Industry Professor at McMaster University and the CEO of Liminal Learning, a combined place-based and digital program designed to launch young people into adulthood with community, purpose, and presence. She also runs the Games for Emotional and Mental Health (GEMH) Lab, a multidisciplinary research and development lab that designs and tests digital play experiences for mental health.
Her lab has created MindLight, a neurofeedback “haunted mansion” game that teaches children to regulate anxiety while immersed in play, and BloomBox, a toolbox of collective practices, design tools, and scientific methodologies that together help transdisciplinary teams build interactive, healing experiences. Grounded in developmental science and ancient philosophy, she is fiercely optimistic about the future of communal-based learning and our collective potential for social, emotional, and societal wellbeing.

Melinda Kramer is the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of Women’s Earth Alliance (WEA), a global organization she launched in 2006 to close the resource gap for grassroots women leading climate solutions. With a background in environmental policy and cultural anthropology, she has spent over 20 years advancing women’s leadership in climate-vulnerable regions—supporting work in food security, water access, clean energy, and community health from Kenya to the Arctic. At WEA she has led efforts to train over 52,000 women across 30+ countries, resulting in thousands of women-led initiatives and stronger, more resilient communities. Melinda is a frequent speaker and strategist, and serves on the board of Duke University’s Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment, and Sustainability. She is a co-recipient of the 29th Heinz Award for the Environment.

As a serial entrepreneur who built and sold multiple companies, Master Arthur Levitan has spent over 30 years at the unique intersection of technology and spirituality. Chris is the founder of several soulful ventures including Puente Guidance, Irresistible Wisdom Network, Watershed Embassy, and the Puente Institute. The Institute provides technical and social solutions to all sizes of organizations, with a mission to bring sophisticated GIS strategies and tactics to underserved audiences and the global community of environmental stewards.
Outside of Puente he and his collaborators host classes, retreats, workshops, and participatory learning experiences focused on being in right relationship. Prior to this work Chris founded Catalyst Marketing, a sports equipment and apparel company based in Boulder, Colorado. Chris has served on the board of directors of the Equilibrium Fund, The GIS Institute and Warrior Films and holds a master’s in the Human Validation Process model. He makes his home in Latin America, in a small village nestled near a marine sanctuary.
Chris will speak on how the next generation of wealth holders are coming into these conversations on finance and devotion – how they are both connected and disillusioned, cynical optimists who will bring a wave of change to the financial industries over the next ten years.

David Onek is the CEO of Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund (SV2). He has over three decades of non-profit, philanthropic and government experience, with a deep commitment to racial equity and social justice. Previously, David served as Executive Director of the Northern California Innocence Project and as Deputy Director of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom’s Office of Criminal Justice. He also taught at UC Berkeley Law School and served as Executive Director of the UC Berkeley Center for Criminal Justice. Earlier in his career, David worked for the W. Haywood Burns Institute for Juvenile Justice Fairness and Equity and Legal Services for Children. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Northern California Grantmakers. A graduate of Stanford Law School and Brown University, David is a long-time mindfulness meditation practitioner and an impact and angel investor. He lives in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights neighborhood with his wife Kara Dukakis and they have two adult daughters.

Jennifer Risher is an author, speaker, philanthropist, and investor focused on gender, racial, and economic equity. Her book, "We Need to Talk: A Memoir About Wealth" explores the impact of wealth on identity and relationships to acknowledge and validate the emotional complexities of money. She believes that when we have a more comfortable relationship with our money, we are better positioned to fuel positive change.
In 2020, Jennifer and her husband, David co-created #HalfMyDAF to inspire more giving. Marc Ruxin is the Chief Strategy Officer, AXS where he leads corporate development, partners, and strategic planning. Before joining AXS, he has spent career as an entrepreneur, media executive, and influential advisor/investor steering media and technology companies to the forefront of digital entertainment. He has held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of the music streaming service Rdio (acquired by Pandora in 2015) who acquired his music technology company TastemakerX. Prior to that he the CEO of audio company Mixhalo. Earlier in his career he was the Chief Innovation Officer at Universal McCann and McCann Erikson where he played a pivotal role in driving their digital transformation. He was also the Head of Digigital for WPP Group and started his career at EMI records in A&R. Marc currently sits on advisory boards of numerous internet and technology start-ups in and around Silicon Valley and is on the Board of the Stern Grove Festival in San Francisco.

Arani Kajenthira is founder and CEO of Impact Pollinator, where she designs values-aligned investment strategies and holds space for reflections on wealth, family, and legacy. A warm and charismatic leader, Arani has channeled her long fascination with the dynamics of social change into a book exploring the gender aspects of the psychology of money in relation to the Great Wealth Transfer.
Arani has decades of experience advising business, nonprofit, and government leaders on social and environmental impact. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Investing at the single-family office Good Chaos, where she was a founding team member and built and led the investment function. Her professional career also includes time at Walton Enterprises and the Walton Family Foundation, the consulting firm FSG, and the Harvard Kennedy School.
Arani is a Rhodes Scholar with a PhD in Earth Sciences and Engineering from the University of Oxford and a BS in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph. Born in Sri Lanka, she has lived in 5 countries and now lives in the Chicago area. Arani is an avid reader, food lover, and supporter of women-owned businesses.

Wendy Verba, founder of Belonging by Design, helps organizations and communities of all kinds strengthen their cultures to bring out the best in people, boosting retention, engagement, performance, collaboration and trust. Rev Sara Jolena Wolcott serves as an unconventional minister and entrepreneur. Her consulting work focuses on empowering women on their business leadership paths and strategic planning as they go through periods of rapid growth. Sara directs the international decolonizing learning community Sequoia Samanvaya which provides a variety of deconstructive courses and workshops as well as innovative work around circular/cyclical calendars and related reflective processes.
Sara holds an M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary and an MA in Science Society and Development with a focus in Finance from the Institute of Development Studies. She hosts the ReMembering and ReEnchanting podcast, is deeply Quaker, and lives with her wife in New York.
