November 4-8, 2026
MOUNT SHASTA RETREAT 2026, DEVOTION: ARCHITECTING YOUR FREEDOM
A four-night experience designed for founders, leaders, investors, and culture-shapers who are in a season of expansion and are ready to design their next chapter with clarity, and intention.
Over three working days we’ll move through a structured process across four core pillars that shape how we actually live: personal, money, work/purpose, and relational.
Our Journey Together
Day One: See Clearly
We look at what is. Not improving or fixing, simply understanding how our lives, our money, our work, and our relationships are currently structured.
Day Two: Tell the Truth
We examine what’s in the way. The patterns, assumptions, and dynamics that keep our current reality in place, even when it’s no longer aligned.
Day Three: Design & Claim
We build forward. Defining the structures, systems, and choices that reflect what we actually want our lives to look like. And we begin to claim them.
What makes this experience powerful is not just the framework, but the integration of honest conversation and time in nature. The combination creates space to step outside of habitual thinking and see with greater clarity
what is true, and what is possible.
Each morning, we take this work out of the conceptual and into the body. Through guided experiences in Mount Shasta’s natural landscape, its water, elevation, stillness, and scale and we use nature as a somatic partner to anchor insight, move energy, and unlock clarity that thinking alone can’t access. This is where the work deepens and becomes real.
The result is not just insight, but a felt reorganization and an internal and external architecture that is aligned, supportive, and truly your own.
This work is both practical and personal. It touches how we allocate our time, how we relate to money, how we lead, and how we choose to live.
THE EXPERIENCE
The retreat is limited to twelve people total to ensure personal connections and silent time to commune with nature.
An Intimate Container
The Shasta retreat includes guided hikes and portal explorations on the land including access to the most powerful energetic sites on the mountain and surrounding area led by licensed nature guide Connie Micale.
Inspirational Moments
Hosted by the amazing Anna House Retreat at its sacred home at the base of Mt Shasta, we will be surrounded by cosmic energy that will deepen the experience of our group ceremonies, sound baths, and more.

Megan (Mira) Lathrop is a wealth stewardship guide, speaker, author, CFP® professional, Certified Money Coach (CMC®), and former Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. For 25 years, she has explored the intersection of wealth, psychology, consciousness, and human potential.
Drawing from experience in both institutional finance and transformational psychology, Megan helps people transform their relationship with money, worth, power, and possibility. Her work bridges conventional financial wisdom with the deeper architecture of how we relate to wealth, helping individuals move beyond scarcity and into greater stewardship, freedom, and alignment.
Megan pursued graduate studies in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and is the creator of Wealth Reborn, a signature program within Finanseer. Through coaching, workshops, retreats, writing, and public speaking, she has guided thousands of individuals and contributed to educational programs that have reached tens of thousands more.
A former Mount Shasta resident, Megan is honored to return to the mountain that helped shape her understanding of flow, trust, abundance, and humanity's relationship with both currency and life force. She believes that wealth is not merely something to accumulate, but a conscious force that helps shape what becomes possible for humanity.
We will begin on Wednesday, November 4th 7pm with arrivals and a welcome gathering, then spend Thursday through Saturday in structured sessions, guided explorations, ceremony, sound, integration, and shared meals.
